Janet’s practice focuses almost exclusively on estate
planning.She employs a full array of
estate planning instruments including revocable living trusts, marital and
credit shelter trusts, charitable remainder and annuity trusts and charitable
family foundations along with companion documents such as durable powers of
attorney, healthcare surrogate designations and living wills.Through her skill and experience, Janet has
saved her clients’ families millions of dollars in estate taxes and probate
fees.She maintains current knowledge of
new developments in the law by attending advanced estate planning seminars
annually across the country and is a member of the Northeast Florida Estate
Planning Council.
David’s practice focuses on real estate, probate,
guardianship, commercial and probate litigation, creation of business entities
and, when required by a client, family law.As part of Janet’s estate planning practice, David provides the
necessary documents to seamlessly transfer the client’s property, regardless of
the property’s location, from the individual client to the client’s trust,
charitable foundation or business entity.He has the ability to establish or dissolve a corporation, partnership
or limited liability company (LLC) anywhere in the United States.
